Flex is £99 a month plus 60p per order that actually hits your kitchen — about £3.25 a day. Fixed is one flat £199 a month, no per-order charge — £6.54 a day. Command is £399 a month with 22 hours of voice time, a spare printer couriered the next day if yours fails, and a service visit every quarter. The software is identical on all three, and none of them takes a percentage of anything.

- Extra voice time is 25p/minute on every option. Flex and Fixed include 5 hours — roughly 100 typical order calls a month at about three minutes a call. Command includes 22 hours.
- Command's spare printer is couriered on the next working day once we know yours has failed — our printer monitoring usually tells us first. It is a loan like the original, and the failed unit comes back to us.
- Command's quarterly visit covers the OrderRing coverage area; further afield we agree the visit arrangement before you sign.
- Multiple sites are quoted per site — each one needs its own printer, number and installation, so an unlimited claim would not be honest.
- Setup is £299 once.
- The printer stays OrderRing property and is collected if you leave; unreturned after 12 months it is charged at £250.
- Prices are working launch prices; VAT, if applicable, is additional.

If the orders OrderRing takes for you in your first 30 days are worth less than you've paid us, we refund your setup fee and first month in full, and collect the equipment.
What counts
The measure is the value of the orders OrderRing captures for you — counted order by order from our own system, not from your overall takings. Your till, your walk-ins and the calls your own staff answer are yours, and are not part of the sum. That one number is the whole of the guarantee, and you can watch it all month.

- Your menu is signed off before go-live.
- Calls are diverted to OrderRing for the 30-day period. Using the pause control does not affect this.
- Equipment is returned in working order, or charged at cost.
- Claims made within 7 days of day 30.

Command is deliberately outside this comparison. Flex and Fixed are the same service billed two ways, so a pounds-and-pence comparison is the whole answer. Command adds a spare printer and a visit — things a monthly total cannot value for you. Your portal shows the voice time you used, so you can see whether Command's allowance would suit you; whether the operations are worth it is your judgement, not our calculation.

Flex charges 60p only when
an AI phone order is accepted and printed.
Fixed and Command have no per-order fee at all. Staff-answered calls, website orders, enquiries, abandoned calls and unsuccessful printer handoffs carry no per-order fee on any option.

For scale: marketplace commission is typically published at 14–30% plus VAT of each order — £3 to £8 of a £22 order — and the marketplaces also bring you new customers for it. Flex's 60p is about 2.7% of the same order, and Fixed and Command charge nothing per order at all; every one of them applies only to orders that came to your own phone line anyway. Marketplace rates vary by plan and are theirs to state — check your own statement.

The printer takes ordinary 80mm × 80m thermal till rolls — the same ones your card machine or till already uses. Nothing proprietary, no account with us and no minimum. Buy them wherever you buy the rest of your supplies, or let us post them.
A busy kitchen typically uses two to four rolls a month. Neither option is tied to your subscription and you can switch between them whenever you like.

OrderRing is for telephone orders.
A website is optional.
OrderRing does not require a new website and the subscription is not padded with website work. If you want a branded website with online ordering, we can quote for the build and hosting separately. Completed website orders can print on the same kitchen printer.
