Evidence before claims

Results will be
measured in the
kitchen, not imagined.

PUBLIC CUSTOMER RESULTSNot published yet

OrderRing is not live yet, so no takeaway has results to show you. When one does, it will be on this page with their name on it.

What each number means

You should be able to
check every figure.

Your report keeps what OrderRing actually recorded apart from anything worked out from it. Where a number is an estimate, it says so on the line.

01

Calls we answered

Calls that came to OrderRing, whether from your engaged line or every call, depending on how you set it.

02

Orders taken

Calls where the customer confirmed the order and a ticket printed in your kitchen.

03

Calls that became nothing

Someone rang, no order came of it. Shown separately rather than quietly left out.

04

Tickets that printed

Whether the kitchen ticket actually came out. This is the number that matters most.

05

Value of those orders

What the orders were worth. We do not call it money you would otherwise have lost, because we cannot know that.

06

What it cost you

What that month's usage came to on Flex, and what it would have come to on Fixed.

Your monthly report

What lands in your
inbox each month.

The figures below are made up and labelled as such. They show you the shape of the report — not a real takeaway, and not what yours would look like.

When there are case studies

Case studies will show
the awkward parts too.

  • The takeaway named, with their permission
  • What we compared against, and over how long
  • How they had it set up, and anything they changed
  • Orders taken, calls that became nothing, and anything that failed to print
  • Their words, approved by them before we publish
  • A correction on the page if it later turns out we were wrong

No logos, quotations, call recordings or revenue claims will be presented as customer proof without the appropriate permission and underlying record.
